Message types. We send two kinds of message: (1) a one-time secure link allowing
you to complete and sign a sales tax exemption certificate, and (2) a reminder
when an exemption certificate we hold for you is approaching its expiration date,
so you can renew it before it lapses. We do not send marketing or promotional
text messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Typically you will receive one
message per certificate request, plus one to two renewal reminders as a
certificate approaches expiration.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further text
messages from us. You may opt back in at any time by replying START. Opting out
of text messages does not affect your ability to complete exemption certificates
by email or in person.

Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates
for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors
in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case
categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this
information will not be shared with any third parties.
